Assistant Manager Mission & Job Summary
Assistant Manager leads the successful day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Assistant Manager assists our Restaurant Manager in training and developing team members, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining budgets set by their restaurants Restaurant Manager.
In addition to following policies and procedures, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Leads successful team in day-to-day operations along Restaurant Manager
- Drives sales targets and ensures the restaurant is on track
- Supervises and directs workforce, i.e. making staffing decisions (i.e., hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining with Restaurant Manager)
- Ensures customer satisfaction and product quality always
- Assists in management of the store financial, inventory & operational performance by communicating and working with Finance and Operations team
- Assists in the management of safety and security within the store
- Demonstrates organizational skills and possesses an orientation toward detail
- Acts as Restaurant Manager when this individual is absent or on break
- Communicates company-wide and restaurant-specific changes effectively in both written and verbal messages.
- Ensures rosters, dailies are done and checked on time
- Ensures HACCP and cleaning procedures are always properly followed by all team members
- Instills value structure and focus ethos on all restaurant employees
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to manage store operations independently
- Ability to manage multiple situations/tasks simultaneously
- Deep knowledge of customer service
- Knowledge of supervisory practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Salary: €35,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
