Restaurant Manager

RightMove Recruitment are now hiring a Restaurant Manager for our client a Catering company based in Salthill, County Galway.

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as the Restaurant Manager at our Salthill restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity, and we are looking for someone who is eager to contribute to our brands growth, excel in team management and create outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Manage day-to-day financial aspects of the restaurant.
  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and oversee inventory management.
  • Create and manage employee schedules effectively.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure top-quality food, presentation and timely service.
  • Monitor compliance with regulations and uphold HACCP and cleaning standards.
  • Supervise and nurture team members for growth.
  • Promote and strengthen the restaurant’s brand image.
  • Maintain regular communication with the operations team.
  • Collaborate closely with the reservations department to optimize guest’s experiences.
  • Liaise with key clients to ensure flawless reservation and event execution.
  • Report directly to the operations team.

Criteria for Applying:

  • Minimum of 1 year+ experience at a duty/assistant manager level.
  • 2 years+ experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong familiarity with KPIs and team management.
  • Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
