Candidate Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a client portfolio and proactively reach out to new clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Engage with candidates and clients daily, addressing their needs and requirements promptly.
  • Lead a team through the full 360 recruitment cycle while motivating and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Build strong relationships, close deals confidently and negotiate effectively.
  • Utilize CRM systems effectively, with a preference for candidates familiar with these tools.
  • Possess your own transportation for face-to-face client meetings.
