- Lead a team through the full 360 recruitment cycle while motivating and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build strong relationships, close deals confidently and negotiate effectively.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively, with a preference for candidates familiar with these tools.
- Possess your own transportation for face-to-face client meetings.
