RightMove Recruitment are now hiring for experienced Technical Contract Recruitment Consultants to join our team on a Full Time Basis.
You will have at least 2 to 3 years in Contract Recruitment in any industry both business development and candidate sourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process including clients and candidates.
- Providing support and offering expert advice to hiring managers
- Attract and build a talent pool across functions
- Negotiating hire offers and close contracts with successful candidates
- Enhancing the Induction and On-boarding experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in full-cycle Contract Recruitment process.
- Experience in successfully recruiting across a wide variety of business functions
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid MS Office skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €30,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
