Technical Recruitment Consultant

RightMove Recruitment are now hiring experienced Technical Contract Recruitment Consultants to join our team on a Full Time Basis.

You will have at least 2 to 3 years in Contract Recruitment in any industry both business development and candidate sourcing.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process including clients and candidates
  • Providing support and offering expert advice to hiring managers
  • Attract and build a talent pool across functions
  • Negotiating hire offers and close contracts with successful candidates
  • Enhancing the Induction and On-boarding experience

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in full-cycle Contract Recruitment process
  • Experience in successfully recruiting across a wide variety of business functions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid MS Office skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €30,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
